I'm Elizabeth, creator and founder of Geula Girl. I'm a spiritual life coach and mentor. Through my own life journey of trauma and triumph, I have found amazing tools to help the healing process in all aspects of life. I am thrilled to bring these ancient and modern tools of transformation to help you rediscover you, find love and joy, and create the reality and life you desire.

What is Geula?

Geula, pronounced geh-OO-lah, is the Hebrew word for redemption or salvation. Though it carries the traditional meaning of the redemptive power of God, the higher meaning is returning to the true essence of your soul, you as the Divine image. Through this geula, you can access your greatest human potential, change your life and the lives around you to help bring hope for the world's future in God's plan.
